Cause

The keepalived.conf configuration file is missing on one of the Management Nodes in a dual-Management Node deployment.

Solution

Copy the /etc/keepalived.conf configuration file from the healthy Management Node to the failed Management Node.

The UI cannot be opened after a single Management Node starts. How do I resolve this?
