• Map port 4900 between the public IP address and the private IP address.

  For a dual-Management Node environment with only one public IP address, the port mappings are as follows:

  • Virtual IP port 5000 — custom public port (mapping not required) — UI
  • Management Node 1 port 4900 — public port 4900 (mapping required) — Console
  • Management Node 2 port 4901 (requires file modification) — public port 4901 (mapping required) — Console

• Change the Console Proxy address to the public IP address on the virtualization platform.

  For a dual-Management Node environment with three or more public IP addresses, each port must have a one-to-one mapping.
